Due to the incredible response we received from the first run of this course, we have decided to offer it again (with some revisions) as we kick of 2018.
Start your year right & join Meaghan for this 5 week course which will give you time-out and time for yourself to re-connect.
Each 45min session will include a short discussion about meditation, its benefits and common challenges. Followed by a guided meditation practise to leave you feeling, calm & grounded.
When : Every Tuesday @ 5:30pm for 5 consecutive weeks, starting Tuesday November 21
