As we close our 2017 and move through a time which for many is the busiest part of the year, it makes sense to mindfully slow down and practise self-care.
Join Meaghan for this 5 week course which will give you time-out and time for yourself to re-connect.
Each 45min session will include a short discussion about meditation, its benefits and common challenges. Followed by a guided meditation practise to leave you feeling, calm & grounded.
When : Every Tuesday @ 5:30pm for 5 consecutive weeks, starting Tuesday November 21
