Through 2018, Meaghan will be presenting multiple 4 week series to deepen your understanding and practise of specific groups of poses.
Our second 4 week series will be focusing on the Core. You might be surprised to discover how much you can learn from the basics here, and even more so how many ways there are to work on your core without even realising.
This course is suitable for experienced and newer Yogis alike. But be prepared to work and laugh a lot!
Investment : $60 (We recommend joining for the whole 4 week series, but you are also able to attend casually for the regular class price of $17)
