New to 2018, Meaghan will be presenting multiple 4 week series to deepen your understanding and practise of specific groups of poses.
Our first 4 week series will kick off with Backbends. Learn the why’s and what to’s for these invigorating & heart opening poses.
Backbends can be intimidating to some, but they are beneficial for all. Each class will be modified to suits each individual’s practice.
You don’t need to be super bendy to join this series, as we will start off slow and build from a place of awareness & safety. Newer * & Experienced Yogi’s alike will benefit and learn from this 4 week programme.
Series One ‘Backbends’ will kick off Tuesday Jan 23rd, 2019 and will run for 4 consecutive weeks.
Investment : $60 (We recommend joining for the whole 4 week series, but you are also able to attend casually for the regular class price of $17)
This series will be followed by explorations of Inversions, Arm Balances and more, so stay tuned for the next offering!
