BACK CARE WITH YOGA LOWER BACKLUMBAR SPINE (5 WEEK COURSE) – RETURNING BY POPULAR DEMAND
Lower back pain is one of the most common complaints people have today, whether due to poor postural habits, sedentary lifestyle, weak or tight muscles, repetitive strain or the effects of arthritis. Unfortunately traditional treatment modalities are not consistently effective in treating this pain.
Yoga can offer a path to improved spinal health through Breath, Alignment, Core work & Kinesthetic Awareness.The lumbar spine requires stretching and contracting to create a supple, strong lower back.This back care course will help relieve pressure, decrease tension and help develop ease in your lumbar spine. Committing to the complete 5 week course will maximize benefits for you and offer ongoing practice to take home.
